Lebanon's Situation Today

The situation in Lebanon is becoming very dangerous, the Lebanese are held hostage by a bunch of thugs and murderers, Syria has infiltrated the Lebanese society at every level its secret service agents are free to do whatever they please no questions asked, those agents control every facet of the Lebanese lives and are working hard into harassing any one who dares to stand up them, and challenge their authority assisted by their Lebanese counter part of course who takes their orders from Syrian officers directly. I would like to add that the harassment seems to be concentrated on the Christian Community mostly, the Christians are in fear of their lives daily not knowing who is going to be kidnapped and killed next, they feel that they are being marginalized for a greater interest in the region.

Lebanon as the only Christian nation in the Middle East is dying, it is only a matter of time before it becomes a radical Muslim state loyal to Iran, and ruled by the party of God. Freedom and democracy is only a word whispered in secret among the Lebanese, no one in Lebanon dare to challenge the thugs of Syria, not even the Lebanese president. The Lebanese government was installed to serve Syria’s interest, it does not by far represent the Lebanese aspiration and love for freedom, Lebanon has become a snake pit full of snakes ready to strike at any one regardless of the outcome.

We the Lebanese urge the United States and the free world to land a hand, and recognize the Lebanese struggle for freedom and democracy. It is our hope that the United States does not allow the terrorist regime of Syria to annex Lebanon as a bargain deal for peace with Israel, the Lebanese people are free spirited people, freedom and Lebanon are one entity they go together, please free people of the world do not let us down, it would be a crime for humanity if Lebanon is left for thugs, and thieves to lurk freely at the expense of a great nation, which stood against all odds for 6000 years.
